Easy Peasy Thai Red Prawn Curry recipe
This is a very simple prawn curry that is brilliant for serving up at a dinner party as it requires very little work. If you want to, add more or less curry paste depending on your personal preferences.
Ingredients:
- 400ml coconut milk
- 24 large prawns, peeled and de-veined
- 2 tbsp. red Thai curry paste
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 red chilli
Directions:
Finely chop the chilli, after removing the seeds.
Combine coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce and red chilli in a frying pan until simmering.
Add the prawns and simmer for around 15 minutes, until they turn pink and the sauce has thickened.
